Our Shifting Gears Affirmation Card Deck contains 54 custom cards. Cards are 6×4, made from quality card stock. Affirmations are one of the fastest ways to change problematic negative self-talk. Dr. Jared Grant, a Las Vegas psychologist, developed this deck in effort to obtain and maintain a healthy sense of self-worth.
