We are thrilled with the feedback we received from our Shifting Gears Daily Affirmation Deck that Dr. Grant created. Our Shifting Gears Affirmation Deck was originally created as a digital version for Instagram, but the response has been so great (and honestly, Dr. Grant wanted a physical copy) that we have decided to sell physical versions.
Our Shifting Gears Affirmation Card Deck contains 54 custom cards. Cards are 6x4, made from quality card stock. Affirmations are one of the fastest ways to change problematic negative self-talk. Dr. Jared Grant, a Las Vegas psychologist, developed this deck in effort to obtain and maintain a healthy sense of self-worth.

Sleep is one of the FOUNDATIONAL elements of Mental Health. Did you know the research shows that between 50-70 million U.S. Adults have a chronic sleep disorder and 1 in 3 adults reports getting less than 7 hours of sleep a night (2016).
Individuals with poor sleep suffer from significant slowing of both fine and gross motor skills. In fact, what research has discovered is that after 17 hours without sleep, our alertness is similar to the effects of a blood alcohol concentration of 0.05%, which in many states is considered legally impaired. After 24 hours without sleep, our alertness becomes similar to the effects of a blood alcohol concentration of 0.1%, well beyond the legal limit of 0.08%. This can have a massive impact on decision-making, physical functioning, and mood.
Dr. Grant himself has suffered in the past with a sleep disorder and prioritizing sleep and promoting good sleep hygiene is a personal passion of his.
